For more than 40 years, Challenge Alaska has helped people with disabilities and their families access adaptive sports, therapeutic recreation, and education across Alaska.

Who we are

A statewide adaptive recreation nonprofit.

Challenge Alaska is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Anchorage, with a signature adaptive ski school at the base of Alyeska Resort in Girdwood. Our work spans winter and summer, competitive and social, youth and adults — always shaped by the participants we serve.
